Along with the RedBull eSports Champions League this weekend there will be a 1v1 tournament taking place, as the Chinese public voted for their favourite players to participate from the attending teams.
The highest vote total was achieved by cn Gong 'ZSMJ' Jian with 10939 votes, with quite a large lead over second and third most popular players, with cn Zhilei 'BurNing' Xu coming in at 7261 and cn Luo 'Ferrari_430' Fei Chi notching up 6240 votes.
Among the players barely missing out are cn Chen 'Zhou' Yao and cn Jiang 'YYF' Cen, who both were in the top 8 early during the vote but ultimately fell around 500 votes shy, at 5007 and 4988 respectively. Foreign players did not do that well, as excluding my Yee Fung 'Mushi' Chai with 5647 votes, the rest of world LGD.Int and my Orange NeoES got a combined total of 939, with most of those going to LGD.Int's solo mid player ru Sergey 'God' Bragin.
