API Terms of Service

Last modified on May 1st 2013 By using BracketCloud developer tools, you must agree to the following terms.

1. You will not obstruct click through to the tournament page or ads for embedded tournaments.
2. You will not tamper with the contents inside an embedded tournament including design and any logos.
3. You will not claim to be associated with BracketCloud in anyway.
4. You will not sell, transfer or sublicense our code or developer tools to anyone.
5. You will comply with all applicable laws in your country.
6. BracketCloud may use information from any tournaments managed on our platform for activities such as media promotion.
